Making silver bar cart, cut 18-inch x 48-inch pine board in half to form two 18-inches x 24-inch pieces. Most home improvement stores will reduce this for free on a table saw or panel saw. You can also cut it yourself with a circular saw. Keep a one-inch square dowel rod in the corner of pine board, and detect the edge with a pen, which describes a corner notch. Repeat on all four corners, and then repeat on the other pine board. Using a band saw or jigsaw, cut out the four corners of the slots on both cards.

Place swiveling wheels at the corner of a pine board, which is approximately 1/8 inch from the edges. A corner of the thrower’s mounting plate will be over the open slot. Mark the center of each plate mounting screw hole on the pine board with a pencil, and drill holes with a 1/16 inch twist bit. Secure the flywheel to the board with screws. Let the screw holes of the slit open – it will be secured later.
